How it works
Simple, transparent, step by step
You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone. Here’s what it looks like to work with us, from the first call to a decision on your benefits.
- 1
Free case review
We start with a short, free conversation about your situation. No obligation. If we can help, we'll tell you. If we can't, we'll point you in the right direction.
- 2
We open your file
Once you decide to work with us, we send a representation agreement and start gathering everything we need — your work history, medical records, and treatment timeline.
- 3
We file or appeal your claim
If you haven't applied, we file the application. If you've been denied, we file the appeal before the deadline.
- 4
We build the medical record
Disability cases are won with evidence. We work directly with your doctors, request the right records, and develop the medical narrative that supports your claim.
- 5
We represent you at your hearing
If your case goes to a hearing, we prepare you thoroughly and represent you in front of the Administrative Law Judge. SSA typically conducts these hearings by telephone or video.
- 6
We see it through
Won or denied, we keep going. Appeals Council, federal court — we don't stop until your options are exhausted.
